If you have questions about your order, or want to report damaged, defective or incorrect item(s), please email tlangen@langenhealthandsafety.ca or call 306-216-1927. Some products we sell may be covered by a manufacturer’s warranty that requires items to be sent directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair.

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please return the item(s) for an exchange or refund. Please email us to inform us that you are dissatisfied with your order, what you want to return and why. Specify whether you wish to exchange the item or receive a credit or refund.

All returns must be in the original condition that you received them in. The item(s) must be unwashed, unused and unworn.

We cannot accept COD return orders.

All returns must be made within 30 days of placing your order.

We reserve the right to limit or decline returns and exchanges.

  1. Repack the item in its original condition
    Include any literature, tags or other materials that were included with the item.
  2. Prepare the package for shipment
    Include your invoice/packing slip (or a copy), your name, email address and order number with the merchandise.
    If an exchange is not available a refund will be issued.
    Please keep a copy of the invoice/packing slip for your records. Refunds will only be issued in the same form as payment was taken. Shipping charges will not be refunded unless an error occurred on our part in the shipment of your order, or if the product is defective.
  3. Pack and ship the package
    Pack the item securely to protect it from damage incurred from shipping.
  4. Where to ship
    A return address will be provided to you when you contact us by email or by phone.
